Development programmes
The aim of our development programme is the targeted creation of a learning and implementation network through reflection and trials over an extended time period. The needs-based group composition allows for different backgrounds and an inspiring change of perspective – usually across different business areas.
And there is a transfer of practical experience between the modules. This also allows people to check the successful implementation of everything they have learnt. Furthermore, the learning experience can be further enhanced with targeted individual coaching sessions.
Scope of development programmes: 3-5 modules
Thematic focus: depending on requirements and previous experiences of the respective target group.
Shorter formats
Needs-based, current topics, short and clearly presented. In 3-hour workshops, participants learn about/reflect on 1 or 2 clearly defined topics – with a practical focus. Ideal for participants with a tight work schedule.
Opportunity assessments
Various types of opportunity assessments allow you to determine your own position regarding different issues.
The information is obtained by means of an online questionnaire – followed by a personal de-briefing with an accredited coach to reflect on the results. The coach supports you in your “learning” and offers concrete support for your further development.
Coaching
The overall objective of the coaching session is discussed in a preliminary interview between the coach and the participant. The participant furthermore gets a first impression of how the coach works.
The coaching objectives are discussed in pre-defined intervals over a mutually agreed time period.
In addition to self-reflection, the development of concrete measures is an essential part of the coaching process.
The coaching programme concludes with a final interview.
